Quiznos in AU

Life in Australia just got a lot better. After going to the city to do some shopping, I found a Quiznos in the food court. It was in on a floor with a lot of other american food joints (McDonalds, KFC, Subway for example). I had my normal.. Regular on White turkey and guac with red-wine vinegerette dressing and no onions. It's to die for. Its not as good over here than in the US. They just know how to make them better where I go regularly.

Theif in the night

Last night we were robbed. We were asleep when it happened. They came up the apartment into the kitchen and took a Sony PSP, games, and corn flakes. The apartment I'm staying in is on the second floor. But from the road you can get to it, as you can see:


Anyway, I'm a sound sleeper, and nearly deaf in one ear. They could have come into my room and I'd been oblivious to the whole thing.

The weird part is they only took the PSP (and games) and corn flakes. They had to have opened the cubberd and looked for the corn flakes. That increased the amount of time in the apartment. They even openen a picture tube which had a nice large picture of Brisbane and they looked at it.

The police were of course called and later in the day the crime scene dude showed up and took finger prints of the picture and most of the things we think the burgler took.
